Symmetry: the quality of being made up of exactly similar parts around an axis.
Everything which has Life must be within the Symmetry of Heaven.
To explore and then to know what is the soul’s purpose, here; meandering along infinite paths such realms of attention distort the original information or signal. Life is God’s experience. A soul breaks apart to be human just as God breaks apart to be Soul. A human knows himself not as being God nor does the incarnating soul carry this mental image fully intact—chicken and the egg—the cause is the distortion and the distortion is the cause.
Information is the spiraling stairway towards conjunction with Source. An idea out of the Mind of God never leaves its source. It may appear that we are all lost but experience is always a reflection of Mind. Balkanization of epistemology is a human social phenomenon and absolutely necessary to keep the world (our dream) mutually exclusive from God’s Mind. But what is meandering for? It’s purpose is for something lost to search for itself. Love’s tale. Only wholly in it can true perfection, true harmony & peace and real symmetry be found. It’s a mental “game” to be mastered over time opening the door to purely mental, eternal realms. Heaven reflects your pure image. It is like home because Reality misses nothing.
You are…. all;—but generally, human beings have not received this spark of Love, the ignition within the heart of this Eternal Flame.
Oscillation is present within the human mind and recognition of Love’s presence (much like a fish’s awareness of water inside which it lives) must become a constant state of being so that the mental blocks are torn down permanently never to return. Love is a process to decrease oscillation so that no longer are you capable of attacking yourself (which is the same as attacking others).
To be an outcast to Love is to be an outcast to your Soul which is like “death” in that you are not “alive” but asleep.
I speak of Love as a universal, foundational Truth. The one force binding and supporting all Life. A kind of Super Love having its own purpose, its own Telos. Like an immutable law governing the righteous who desire most of all to serve in His Name.
Separation leads you down the ladder. Salvation leads you back up. You must change your mind about the purpose of the world, if you would find escape choosing freedom in each moment instead of chains and iron doors. The body is released because the mind acknowledges “this is not done to me, but I am doing this.” And thus the mind is free to make another choice. Beginning here, salvation will proceed to change the course of every step in the descent to separation, until all the steps have been retraced, the ladder gone, and all the dreaming of the world undone.
The eye can never understand what it sees because it has been pointed in the wrong direction having its powers of Vision transmuted into a form used by ego to manifest an illusory reality—thus we become actors inside a dream called the ‘universe.’ The eye, like the body and anything that appears to be outside of the mind, is a symbol of separation. Paradoxically, ego’s interpretation of light makes existing things appear just as the mind makes things appear in your dreams at night. The purpose of dreams is to keep Truth hidden. Only in a dream can God be forgotten; only in a dream can we forget ourselves. Only in a dream can ego live out its fantasy of having dominion over all the slumbering children of God.
The Kingdom of Heaven is a body in perfect Spirit, alive and well in Nature. The world that ego made would have us imagine material bodies for ourselves, instead. This is ego’s proudest achievement and the most powerful symbol of separation in the universe. Flesh, as a garment to be worn around our Core Selves cements the concept of duality within our perception. Heaven and culture (or Reality and ego) represents a splitting of the Mind of Man (or Son of God). It was ego that then created language and culture. Language replaces Reality with a delusion because it is a scheme for maintaining boundaries—it is the purpose of culture to separate us from Nature and the immediacy of felt experience. We are cut off from the natural mind and have since entered into a dream that excludes nature (and God). Language is a strategy for binding time. Imagine Nature as a hyper-dimensional mind which is not constrained in space and time. Ego is a parasite feeding off of the imagination. The Imagination of Man is the Power of God.
We have come to know ourselves as ego instead of creations of God. We are diminished things bound in space and time. Salvation comes to those who wake to the truth: what is all-encompassing—God—can have no opposite. How far have we fallen from Eternity’s embrace? Do we now share ego’s fear of God and of our true Home? Is our returning Home our death or the death of ego?
Would you hold as true the ego’s interpretation of things which serve the purpose of keeping God away? God is in you and is you because no separation exists between what is real—and it is all Love. In you is perfect peace, too, because all of the Knowledge of God binds all together for eternity. Do you not possess Knowledge? Is God really not with you, even now? What is the purpose of love if not to dispel separation? Does not all of our suffering stem from our feeling apart from everything else and to the degree to which we feel alone and apart our suffering gains in magnitude? If God exists and if the reality is that we can never be apart from God would it not follow logically that separation happens only on a level of consciousness resembling dreaming and that without this dreaming ego could never see the light of day?
You may think to ask how it came to be that we are lost in dreaming and the answer is obvious: separation can only occur within a simulated reality, within a dream. But the dream persists until a mind chooses to forgive the dream. Lack and loss are to ego what Love and Forgiveness are to God. Profound limitations in our thinking potential becomes a real prison but the presence of Love reminds us of freedom. Nothing compromised Heaven but we can keep our eyes closed, if we choose. We choose which world we experience—be it a world made by God in Love, an eternal Heaven for His creations—or—a world reflecting our thoughts as dictated to us by ego. And what ego would have us see as the world is within our mind no differently than any other dream we have ever had. We live in our consciousness. Ideas, such as the idea of separation, leave not their source—or it remains joined to its source, which is its jailer or its liberator, according to which it chooses as its purpose for itself. Ego’s purpose is to keep you dreaming at any cost. The real you must choose for itself a purpose that is not at all what ego wants.
The real you is something that has nothing to do with this world or the body. The real you is something that is immortal, invulnerable, constant and unchanging, inseparable and whole; something that cannot be touched by anything in this world−something that cannot be threatened in any way. The body represents a limit on awareness. The body is a projection from a belief-system created by ego and its dualistic view. Not by God. God cannot know any limits. Intelligence demands the recognition that nothing unreal exists; moreover, what does exist cannot be threatened. This line of reasoning is a purely non-dualistic spiritual thought system. There is not two real worlds. There is a formless oneness beyond the dream. Enlightenment (Waking) has nothing to do with individuality. It is the relinquishment of individuality—psychologically, not physically—that leads to real fulfillment.
The dream of separation is the universe. The in-human experience is merely an addition to what you are. Many consciousness growth centers have been at your disposal since time immemorial.
Spiritual experience is the only experience that has any real value because it brings you closer to yourself (which is God) rather than having you fall deeper into the dream where ego is the ruler of our destiny. The goal in anyone’s life should not to be happy (a temporary manifestation); rather, to be lucid (which has eternal implications). A lucid mind can see much when it refuses to believe the input from physical senses which are too limited and which do not encompass such sophisticated patterns to allow for information enabling us to see through the illusion of physical existence. The good news is that God does indeed exist. But a debasement in language over thousands of years makes it very difficult to build linguistic paths to the places we would wish to go−to realms and heights born of much greater intellectual vibrational patterns or thought-systems. The truly wise fashion their speech with their thought, sifting it as grain is sifted through a sieve.
Words for the most part are symbols of symbols, thus, they are twice removed from reality. There are no nouns in nature. Words, thought or spoken, are spells causing immediate manifestation of forms based on whatever meaning we give to them at the time. Our word-vocabulary must increase if human beings are ever able to expand beyond current limitations and understanding of space and time. Just as the air is a great mystery to a bird and is water to a fish. To a human being, it is himself.
How can anything but lucidity be your goal? How can anything in an illusion make you feel full, whole, complete and satisfied? Even a description of the reality of the world of God will not satisfy you at all. It is still only words. Only an experience of reality can offer peace and that is something that comes from within. Such direct experience has been called gnosis, which means knowledge. But it does not mean intellectual knowledge or information in the generally accepted sense. This relates to direct experience, or Knowledge of God.
Know that salvation is undoing. Specifically, undoing deriving a sense-of-self from ego. Culture created you that way via domestication when you entered the dreamstate of this world in birth. But you have only believed that you lost your freedom because you cannot remember ever being free. Your freedom is death to ego. Your being asleep gives ego life.
If you could completely undo the false you, the imagined you, then eventually the real you would be all that is left. The real you is a perfect copy of its source. Reality dictates that nothing is made that is not made perfect in the likeness of the Source. Your job, then, is to break down all the walls within your unconscious mind that block your experience of this perfection. Intelligence is not having to see perfection but Knowing what is true. Ego would have you lie to yourself because it has made you believe that you are ego. It has usurped the throne of God within your mind and within the dream appears powerful. A belief in death being one of its most effective weapons.
One should hope to initiate a process through which the false you that incorrectly believes it has taken an individual and personal identity, a separate existence from God is undone. Luckily, this process is simple; however, difficult depending on how deeply mired in the dream you are. It is achieved through a certain kind of forgiveness, but not the kind of forgiveness that most people in the world think of, if they think of forgiveness at all. The traditional form of forgiveness makes the illusory world real to your mind, thus keeping it and the ego intact in your mind. But real forgiveness (the kind imbued with Knowledge and awareness) does not make the illusory world real and does not keep it and ego intact.
The ego is the only real threat to you in the world because in every instance it is ego that is behind all unforgivable acts. It is the ego that seems to cause death and it wants to kill you. Because if you can be hurt or killed, then you are a body. And if you are a body, then the entire ego thought system of separation is true. The body and God cannot both be real. You are dreaming one or the other. You, dear reader, have already chosen the body to be true. What is true and real is beyond human comprehension because it cannot be part of ego’s reality. Dying is for the sake of the dream to last. And Life can only be where it belongs. The ego persists because it is successful in clouding our minds—we substitute fear for Love in nearly every moment of our in-human experience.
Why would such a thing happen? Answer that question yourself. Who rules in the kingdom of your unconscious mind? Who is god and king upon the throne in its mental castle? And what is the prize ego has claimed in its victory? The capture and enslavement of the Son of God. The kingdom of ego is only a dream. A dream happening in your mind—no where else is it happening. And God does not choose for His children. Nor are you truly apart from Him or from Heaven. You sleep. And the Father waits for his Son to rise from his temporary slumber. Agreed, it makes no sense that we would choose such a fate as this but we do and we do again and again in every single moment. The cognitive activity of thought has been engineered by culture to empower ego, to ensure obedience and cooperation.
For those who would die, there is Life. For those who would dream, there is Reality. For those who would hope, there is Knowledge. For those who would grow, there is Eternity.
Enlightenment is awakening. This does not mean simply to become more alert in the dream but to see this reality for what it is—a dream. You may have the experience of falling asleep and having dreams but you have not had the experience of waking up. The dream began when you were born and entered into this universe where the idea of separation reigns supreme. Begin, if you will, to know that the dream is coming from you and you are not an effect but the cause. A deepening awareness decrees that you cannot attain enlightenment without a total shift from being at the effect of a dream to being the dreamer.
When you have dreams do you not see them with your mind? Do you not think they are real? Is the bed gone or simply out of your awareness? And when we awoke this morning from the dreams we were having last night, all we awakened to was a different form of dreaming. Perhaps there is a greater reality that is just beyond the dream that is simply out of our awareness? How could the dream be sustained if any one of us became aware we were dreaming? What could happen then? In the least we will lose most if not all of our anxiety and confusion. Maybe the best way to find joy in a joyless place is to realize you are not there. The “place” where suffering occurs can only be in your mind—a result of a thought pattern based heavily on resistance. What else do you resist other than the truth? Don’t accept what ego wants you to believe about what is true. Look beyond. On the other side of resistance there can only be peace.
Peace is in stillness. Being there, present, within the Love that is eternally changeless. This cloud of feeling is Knowledge of God. The end of multiplicity. Where a miracle happens. Where beauty happens. Where inspiration and insight happens. Where the sound of your true Voice can be heard; the Voice of Healing & Forgiveness; of Love and not pain. Be not troubled. Let all the waters of your mind be still. Being still like that is being ultra-present. Look out with new eyes and see what is: around you everywhere is the Kingdom of Heaven despite the simulated alter-reality a troubled mind forcibly projects which becomes the dream of the world. Disengage thought that would act to block awareness of Love’s presence, in your mind. Know, then also, your purpose as a co-creator of worlds upon worlds. A spiraling staircase that leads to unification with God.
Forgiveness is the central theme that runs throughout reaching our salvation. This journey shared by all runs directed and its outcome sure. Thus, in time, is all the thinking of the world reversed entirely.

Choosing forgiveness begins a process towards salvation. You are learning to no longer think as ego and are instead listening to a different voice inside your mind. This is the awakening of Spirit and of your True Self. Begin by retraining your mind to forgive instead of to judge and properly use denial to decline the invitation of anything not of God to affect you. If the world is real, forgiveness is never justified. But if it is your projection, forgiveness is totally justified. The more you get used to looking at the world as not coming at you, but coming from you, the more impossible it becomes to react to it the way you used to, and the more you realize that you are dreaming. All of this happens at the level of the mind, not at the level of the physical. With practice, you will be given the right-minded ideas that are the best for you to be applied to the situation you find yourself involved in. But eventually it will not be required for you to think at all because that is the state of being at peace.
Wherever He looks He sees Himself. Spiritual Vision sees the love and innocence of Spirit everywhere. So choose once again what you would have things be, remembering that every choice you make establishes your own identity as you will see it and believe it is.
In eternity, all is Vision. It is the Imagination that is the Divine Body of man. It had been taught that when the process of undoing ego is complete because all of your forgiveness lessons are complete, and with no guilt left in the mind, the time comes when you lay the body aside for the final time and you are awake at home in God for the timeless reality of eternity. The people of the world will never live in peace until all of them have inner peace. It must be understood that what we see out there on the screen we call life is an outward mental picture of an inward condition. The world is, in fact, illusory because it must be a symbolic representation of what exists in the one, large, hidden mind called the “collective unconscious.”
Sooner or later, all the vestiges of hell, the secret sins and hidden hates will be gone and all the loveliness which they concealed shall appear like lawns of Heaven to our sight, to lift us high above the thorny roads we traveled on before.

The breakdown of meaning in the use of language by apperception. The assimilation of pattern leads to understanding but is greatly hindered by a person’s quality of thinking. We cannot evolve faster or beyond the linguistical systems set in place by our culture. History’s most enduring meme is the physical body. Reversal of the cultural paradigm would mean turning the human body inside out. The body would be seen as idea, as a fully dirigible thought-form, freely commanded in the imagination. Language is not merely a device for communicating ideas about the world, but rather a tool for bringing the world into existence in the first place. Reality is not simply ‘experienced’ or ‘reflected’ in language but instead is actually produced by it. A “thing” is a noun and there are no nouns in nature….
we are all hypnotized by language.
If synchronicity is the programming language of Nature is the programming language of culture money? Both money and synchronicity seem to have their own agendas (their own telos) and are forces in direct opposition.
Synchronicity aims to bring coherence to numbers if you choose to think of numbers as symbols representing patterns within informational systems such as learning/developmental networks (this proposes that reality can be thought of as binary/digital bits—a fully dirigible code), and also to bring meaning and purpose through complexification; reflecting a universal mind operating under a principle of recursion. The human brain is not the source of intelligence but is merely an antenna allowing degrees of access to the logos or universal mind which is wholly responsible for communicating knowledge (highly refined, unambiguous code) expressed through human thought and acts of will—the human ability to create. Human thought and acts of will are effects, not in themselves the cause;—the catalyst being always imaginative envisioning (a kind of profoundly inspired thinking). Only when totally free from the influences of language and culture can a human being find themselves and effectively author their own program, their own experience or life. This is done by abiding by Natural Laws set in place before history began;—the culmination of man’s effort in time will be the perfection and the release of the human soul. And it is not that we are ‘doing’ it. It is that a natural law that we are still unaware of is inexorably unfolding.

Money’s impetus, on the other hand, is to be the root of evil in the world. Evil and money are the quintessential human delusions and symptoms of perceptual disease/mental dissonance. Evil and money are equally unreal having their ‘existence’ within the grossly finite and chaotic cognitive, social spheres of attention firmly held in place by culture, linguistics and ego predominantly to infect all human beings with a permanent ‘personality’ (and the more a thing tends to be permanent the more it tends to be lifeless) and to promote emotional attachment to objects and to other human or animal personalities making our connections highly specialized and intensely focused. Culture is a perversion: it fetishizes objects, creates consumer mania; it preaches endless forms of false happiness, endless forms of false understanding; it is non sequitur and squirrelly software. It invites people to diminish themselves and dehumanize themselves by behaving like machines. Culture is not your friend. Culture is for other people’s convenience and the convenience of various institutions, churches, companies, tax collection schemes, ad infinitum. It is not your friend. It insults you. It disempowers you. It uses and abuses you. None of us are well treated by culture.
Culture has replaced all reality and meaning with symbols and signs and human experience is a simulation of reality. The Birth of History was the moment when the Natural Truth of Man was over-written by a copy and the result is culture directly feeding thoughts into the human brain via digital sources of electronic information from media that control both the uniformity and repeatability of its message. Propagation of internet memes hijack these messages or ideas further weakening the validity of the original.
These incursions of simulacra by the over-structure are not merely mediations of reality, nor even deceptive mediations of reality; they are not based in a reality nor do they hide a reality, they hide that nothing like reality is relevant to our current understanding of our lives—the ‘scientific method’ has replaced reason and even the most basic intuition. Individuals cannot advance one iota in this world until a choice is made not to identify Self with the ego which banks its life upon the continuation of a global slumber. It is the ego’s dream to remain forever the architect of Man’s fate through absolute dominance and control.
The future of communication is the future of the evolution of the human soul.
One needs only to imagine a world free of the influence of culture to see what being in Heaven could be like—before languages corrupted thought the Logos was not only heard but was beheld in. There was no need to judge after appearances ergo imprisoned by the evidence of physical sense. It is the unconditioned awareness of being that brings reality into focus. Creation is an imaginal act of making something seen that was first unseen. Culture would have us believe that to see something as being real it must exist in a world outside of Heaven’s reality but the real world is Heaven, an unchanging and eternal state: true reality is God’s Dream, God’s Mind and when left alone what is felt as humanness or beingness is a direct experience of the divine essence of Being, of Love, Nature, the Mother and the Father of Creation. It is the light of this knowledge that leads out of the land of darkness; out of the house of bondage. The real tension is not between matter and spirit, or time and space, the real tension is between information and nonsense.
Money is a program written to cast a shadow over a global awakening and the recognition of a world soul. The Spiritual Sense of Man decays further as marketers serve up “the next big thing”—making us all slaves to our desires. Transcending boundaries imposed by culture require breaking through the language shell.
In the new vision Nature is not matter or energy but information. Information is primary to everything. In essence, we have a symbiotic relationship with a non-material being which we call language and we think it is ours, and we think we control it but this is not what is happening. It is running itself, it is time-sharing a primate nervous system and evolving towards its own conclusions. Culture is a scheme for creating and maintaining boundaries; it replaces reality with a linguistically supported delusion. The Natural Mind is a hyper-dimensional mind not constrained in space and time. To reconnect with it we have to reconstruct the language because thoughts cannot go where the roads of language have not been built.
Holding on to the felt moment of immediate experience demands a disciplined mind that is already experimenting with the building of new linguistic modalities in order to reach ever higher plateaus of complexification. If thought can corrupt language then we must accept that language is corrupting our thoughts. As we teach ourselves to reason only from unalterable natural laws, not from human thought, our lives will become filled with synchronistic events which guide us ever more towards the experience of love and to the fulfillment of the desires of the heart.
Are we not all emotionally involved with a personality that does not exist? Resistance to this idea stems from exposing a flaw in one of our fundamental presumptions regarding the separate self and having invested our entire identity into something that clearly is non-existent when viewed under a new light of inquiry. A new fundamental presumption that is not at odds with Natural Law is that Love is the natural condition of all experiences and Love is not a pleasant feeling or sensation contained somewhere within our bodies.
We all know from early on in our lives that the experience of love is really a collapse of what keeps us separate from one another. In this collapse of separation, the mind dissolves. The separation is actually mind-made, it is not real and is a barrier to authentic experience. The collapse of boundaries with which we divide ourselves is the dissolution of the mind that reveals the true experience of Love which is a taste of our true nature and recognition of authentic humanness or beingness. It is extraordinarily interesting to note, here, that it is culture’s goal to create boundaries in every conceivable way just as it seems to be the goal of organized religion to separate people from a personal experience of the divine. Culture and church have always worked hand-in-glove to prevent truths from becoming known. A human being who truly recognizes themselves as being pure expression of the divine cannot become married to the ego ergo classified by culture as being something without worth. This brainwashing allows people to accept an experience of life that is wholly unnatural, a manufactured and simulated experience rather than one that is true and real.
Language means “cognitive activity.” Culture has been at the helm of this language-making enterprise for thousands of years. Culture is an environment bent on existing separately to Nature. We have used culture to interpose between ourselves and what had been there before culture (some 50,000 years ago) and no one has seen or known anything other than culture’s interpretation since—but there must have been something there that was so frightening that we invented culture as a membrane (ie. agriculture, then urbanization, then the phonetic alphabet) to protect ourselves against whatever it was. We now behave as though we fear something tremendously toxic or something that has a dissolving force over our being that lies beyond the frontier of language. And this must relate directly to ego.
Ego is a cultural invention. It is not a necessary concomitant to being human (whereas kindness certainly must be). Ego is a structure that is erected by a neurotic individual who is a member of a neurotic culture against the facts of the matter. And culture, which we put on like an overcoat, is the collectivized consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable. Just as some creatures build nests underground to protect themselves from predators, we have created this strategy of forming egos to hold back and suppress a completely different kind of experience viewed by ego as traumatic: raw, unlanguaged Nature. Seemingly to outwit Nature, the ego created culture and language as a consequence for the emergent need for a shared experience but of its own design.
Culture and language become a bridge allowing humans to share a kind of environmental experience called “reality” to those who prescribe. In this way we are seeing words, seeing language in tandem with the mental projection of our thoughts—the dream is cognitive activity, a projection of thoughts upon the screen of consciousness. To see and know that a tree can exist independent of Self is an unnatural limitation imposed by the ego’s dream. If you gaze upon a tree you may feel that the tree exists separate of yourself but how independent of your own mind is the tree, really?

Is it such a radical idea that what you are and what the tree is actually exist together within a mind that is engaged in the cognitive activity of perception? Science has certainly never found closure in any of its models explaining the nature of life and must be considered provisional and not factual. Then why not assert that what appears separate is a projection by the mind and that your body and the tree share the same source and has little or nothing to do with interpretations of electrical signals processed by the brain which are all systems of translations such as thought into language and then words into images. You are not really seeing a tree, anyway. You possess a sensory organ that allows you to become aware of something unknowable by the brain by capturing a radiated particle that we call light and our eyes transduce this information through a series of neurological transforms into an interiorized model of whatever has your gaze and your mind’s attention.
Science also insists that mind cannot influence matter and yet human beings to this day have no notion as to how it is possible that we can will our bodies to perform action, that something as mysterious as sheer will can somehow be transduced down into the mechanical motion of making a clenched fist with your hand, for example.
The cognitive activity of ‘seeing’ an object is a mental process requiring a collapse of the quantum vector of the photon and it is a conversion done by the human brain so that what is believed to be located outside (of your mind) appears particulate; that is, appears not as pure information that is always communicating itself through a principle of recursion and with purpose, but instead, as a solid object or form easily classified and knowable to the human mind and without this specific observational process the richness of potential for creation uniquely bound to the quantum state as the source of everything cannot manifest itself into human experience without such cognitive processes—as a man is, so he sees and as the eye is formed such are its powers (of creation). It is important to note that every object’s classification is given to us by culture and the relationship that we have to objects is a relationship that we have with words because the mind cannot know a thing except through words. All things perceived are constructed of words. Objects therefore reach formation inside of our heads and what we think we see exists no place else but inside our minds. The same holds true for sickness.
It is ironic, to say the least, that culture has us believing in a shared experience of reality but in fact all human experience is opaque and occult. We receive and transmit information as a form of sharing with each other but language is about telling each other lies as such systems can never “speak” of what is actually happening to any one of us at any moment in our lives. Our reality is a virtual reality. This fact is very quickly disregarded by all of culture and science but culture and science is absolutely nothing more than cognitive activities happening inside the human brain.
Across the brain’s corpus callosum data can travel at speeds of 100Hz. This is the speed at which communication between hemispheres occurs. All cognitive activity within the human brain is constrained by this bandwidth cap. The adoption of linguistics (the phonetic alphabet) and syntax is a mode of operation that parallels the operational rate of human thought and the human brain’s processing speed is directly related to how time is understood and experienced—computational linguistics may one day lead to a new form of (artificial) intelligence divergent from its human creator and due to being based in electronic circuitry (multi-core CPUs) does not have bandwidth caps, theoretically. Array processors or vector processors have multiple processors that operate in parallel. There also exists the concept of virtual CPUs which are an abstraction of dynamical aggregated computational resources. Even today with the help of liquid nitrogen and helium a computer processor such as the AMD 8-core Bulldozer FX clocks in at nearly 10GHZ or 10,000,000,000Hz. That’s a “brain” 10,000,000 times faster than our own! In time, quantum computers will push past matter as a processing platform altogether forcing humans to either link to artificial systems via wetware upgrades in order to follow the future into cyberspace or instead become wholly shamanic in nature as was the case before language and culture and before our fall into history;—in either case we arrive at precisely the same place be it on our own, naturally, or carried there by the exotic technologies of the future.
It may be that we can cheat on the 100Hz speed limit affixed to human thinking to achieve an over-clocked state of productivity via a kind of self-colonization increasing neural connectivity and upping the intelligence quotient. By simply entertaining complex thoughts and retaining a prolonged period of enhanced mental throughput, we push the envelope of what the human imagination is capable of. 1+1 has never equaled 2—there are, in fact, no numbers and no letters. We have codified our existence to bring it down to human size to make it comprehensible. We’ve created a scale so that we can forget its unfathomable scale.
Human consciousness is a social experience. Culture views the human brain as programmable hardware that will download and assimilate any set of patterns or code. The more patterns a person can perceive the more intelligent a person society will judge them to be but what if the patterns are part of an elaborately written program? Apperception is the mental process by which a person makes sense of an idea by assimilating it to the body of ideas he or she already possesses; therefore, intelligence is the apperception of pattern as such, but, there is a built-in flaw which is that humans cannot perceive or understand at all what lies beyond the beaten path of words and language—thoughts cannot go where words have not built a bridge. In order to survive culture must perpetuate its deception by destroying the ability for humans to think reasonably and logically and as this is accomplished people become increasingly insane and detached enabling them to accept more and more madness until insanity appears perfectly normal.
“And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” [John 1:5]
Light, too, is information. Thought is an energy form operating in time and space which has been adapted by culture to derive all meaning from the memes, words, language of said culture. Reality as experienced by human beings is interpretation of a dance of light. It must be said that there is something between the quality of one’s thinking and the observational integrity and witnessing of any experience that that person has. It has much to do with linguistic structures. You can decondition yourself sufficiently to actually step outside the cultural illusion. It is a breathtaking possibility because nobody knows what is outside the cultural illusion. Plato had said that it is as if we have been chained up all of our lives in a deep, dark cave watching flickering shadows dancing about the walls but having no understanding of the reality that lies beyond our prison.
All are words beheld. We are language and our thoughts and memories are mediated by language. Mother Nature ultimately resolves herself into a self-reflecting syntactical meta-system and you can pursue this right down to the DNA. DNA working as it does, with nucleotide sequences—G, A, C, T/RNA—that code for certain amino acids;—it means that organic objects are essentially utterances in three-dimensional space of some kind of universally distributed linguistic intent.
From the Gospel of John: “In the beginning was the Word… and the Word was God.”
Nature is that Word. This infinitely self-adumbrating, fractal, syntactical hallucination that has an infinite number of facets for potential regarding and self-regarding. Language uses the human mind to become material. As human beings we are always drawing into the world that which our state of consciousness attracts to us;—our experience in the world reflects the mental landscape of our minds and our inner world is constructed of the words and their meanings as given us by the language of our culture.
Philo Judaeus, a contemporary of Jesus Christ, said that the most perfect logos would be one that had gone from only being heard to being beheld without ever crossing over a noticeable moment of transition. The program of language is an open-ended one. And we are dynamically caught up in it. We are language and culture is a shockwave always trailing behind the forward edge of this language-making capacity that we humans share and are under the spell of and blinded by. What blinds us to the presence of alien intelligences (namely any not under the influence of culture) is linguistic and cultural bias operating on ourselves. The world which we perceive is but a tiny fraction of the world which we can suppose to perceive which is but a tiny fraction of the perceivable world as it truly is. We keep ourselves operating on a very narrow strip of habitual behavior due to limitless cultural conventions all aimed at manipulating our thought-patterns to keep us deprived of power, authority and influence and to make us feel weak, ineffectual and ultimately unimportant. There seems no longer a commonality of understanding and a balkanization of epistemology—a complete and total disenfranchisement of reasoning and of intelligence—should elicit a clarion call but the silence, instead, is deafening.
This world, this cosmos, this universe, this body and soul are all made of information. Particles are just appearances, what we observe as material bodies and forces are nothing but shapes and variations in the structure of space. Information is a deeper and more primary concept than space, time, matter, energy, charge, spin or angular momentum. The world is made of language and the implication for the Digerati is that reality can be hacked. If reality is made of language then it is code. When we get to a point where we have groups such as “progressive conservatives” dedicating themselves to making mistakes and then preventing those mistakes from being corrected this is evidence of a collapse of the original intent of spoken languages which is its natural inclination to elevate thought to ever higher forms of complexification; to create peace and harmony on Earth not drama and chaos (politics).
In the 11th and 12th century a different group called the Cathar had the idea that ego created the physical world and all visible matter, including the human body. Cathars believed that every person had a soul or spirit which in reality was angelic in true form but that ego (thought of as a dark entity) had trapped it within the human body and was cursed to be reincarnated until salvation was achieved through a ritual that the Cathars called Consolamentum. Cathars formed opposition to the Catholic Church perceiving it to be a source of moral, spiritual and political corruption. They were all hunted down and killed during the Albigensian Crusade of 1209. And during the same time over in Tibet we have Dzogchen. The Great Perfection teaching of Tibetan Buddhism aimed at discovering and continuing in the natural primordial state-of-being of the innately luminous and pure mind. Once upon a time, groups of people did manage to avoid culture. Very little if nothing at all survives today of Gnostic or the pure, non-dualistic teachings of days long gone.
The process by which knowing transforms itself from some kind of aboriginal apperception of the possibility of God into union with God and the process that lies between these two points is the story of the evolution of human consciousness. And history becomes the theater of the struggle between good and evil for the redemption of the human soul and souls of evil influence must redeem their virtue through taking advantage of the opportunities for advanced forgiveness which do seem to present themselves more frequently these days.
The great mystery can be solved by seeing the world as a linguistic construct and not of space, time, matter or energy—this sort of mapping is insufficient—but as being more in the nature of a novel or sentence. When we recede into the primacy of immediate experience the rules and models that we have been handed by science (and what we call common sense) are found to be totally inadequate. Then it is as though the membrane between the ego and something else which we could call our Guardian Angel or the Jungian Unconscious grows thin and the world loses its mundane character. All that was profane becomes sacred and is charged with psychic energy and becomes the carriers of meaning; that is, rivers speak and trees whisper. All of this is you recovering meaning, meaning so pregnant in everything in Nature but that culture would have you block entirely out of existence should we come to think of Nature as being without its own message: Nature has much to tell us and can in fact articulate meaning in our native English tongue and with a force unblunted by conditioning and denial. And this is a linguistic process.
In a time before culture was, some 50,000 to 75,000 years ago, we were severed from our telepathic, interconnected signification. We exist now in this other dimension called “history” where Self has lost all power and no longer exists save for the human ego-self, a product of cultural evolution. Gain-loss, praise-blame, pleasure-sorrow come and go like the wind and nothing seems to stay—boredom, anger, sadness, or fear are not ‘yours,’ not personal. They are conditions of the human mind. They come and go. Nothing that comes and goes is you. In the stillness of your presence, you can feel your own formless and timeless reality as the unmanifested life that animates your physical form. You can then feel the same life deep within every other human and every other creature. You look beyond the veil of form and separation. This is the realization of oneness. This is love. Losing your sense of wholeness, totality or completeness is the fall into names or constructs of reality rather than reality itself. And this has now been inculcated into each and every one of us as both the glory and the trauma of human existence. The personal ego already has a strong element of dysfunction, but the collective ego is even more dysfunctional, to the point of absolute insanity. We become natural again as we care for ourselves as Nature must be cared for and living harmoniously melts every boundary held up by past beliefs.
There is a child lying in a crib and suddenly a Hummingbird comes into the room and the child becomes ecstatic because this shimmering, iridescence of movement and sound and attention is just wonderful—it is an instantaneous miracle when placed against the dull background of the wallpaper of the nursery. But then Mother or Nanny or someone comes in and says, “It’s a bird, Baby. Bird. Bird.” And this takes this linguistic piece of mosaic tile and places it over the miracle and glues it down with the epoxy of syntactical momentum and from now on the miracle is confined within the meaning of the word and by the time the child is five or six no light shines through. They have tiled over every aspect of reality with a linguistic association that blunts it, limits it and confines it within cultural expectation. But this does not mean that this world of signification is not outside still existent beyond the foreshortened horizons of a culturally validated language. The moment a child is told what a bird is, if they believe what they are being told, then they never see a bird again. They see only their thoughts. They see only words.
Breaking through or penetration to another level is what is needed. Culture is an imprisoning bubble of interlocking assumptions that are like a collective hallucination or dream. It well may be a recursive metaphor but culture is like a delusion because it is not true—we live inside cultural myths such as “the world is made of things called mesons and antiprotons” which is only a linguistic construct giving us permission to ignore other possibilities altogether. Language may still become an angel of our salvation if we can transform and remake it, then we can have the conversation that will save us. We will not be able to save ourselves until we have a language sufficient enough to carry us through the problems we now face. English will not do because English is a language of subject-object opposition steeped in Cartesian duality making it metaphysically dogmatic. It is a language of past, present and future and the kind of world we live in is not that kind of world at all.
The meta languages of description articulated by mathematicians through the centuries seem perfectly satisfactory to them but are not satisfying to the rest of us. What is not a trivial question is why this mathematical language appears so tremendously powerful when it comes to the description of nature. Why should numbers, which are the most abstract quintessence of the human mind, have anything whatsoever to say about the topology of three-dimensional space and time? This is indeed very mysterious.
How do the inner dynamics of the universe operate? What is its true composition? It must be information, a sort of archeological modality, that is alone capable of organizing all systems in which it inhabits into self-reflection. Pour information into matter and you get DNA capable of making life. And the computer shows us that you can have large-scale systems with degrees of sentience within operating systems. So it does seem clear that information is the thing which uses matter, uses light, uses spirit or anything conceivable to organize itself into higher-and-higher levels of self-reflection. But is this just an innate drive towards totality?
In any case, what also seems clear is that we must begin to think in terms of language as material. Something that we need to work with instead of something like public opinion or even matter or energy;—it is meaning that we must coax into our lives and as meaning enters into our lives, individually, we become more capable of raising our voices both in joyous song and in political protest if necessary. Realize that you outvote all parliaments, police forces and social media or news sources on the planet because they may just be all illusions. Complicated phenomenological forms of analysis can be carried out to show that their existence is in considerable doubt and if you carry out this phenomenological reduction you will discover that it reinforces that you must actually exist and be real.
Printhead notions from printing-press cultures have imparted to our existence a tremendous material opulence and intellectual poverty and spiritual uniformity. And now we must literally illuminate our civilization by releasing the design process from a commitment to material values. Our current style is the cheapest around and change on a massive scale would require dropping design costs to zero. This means that we must instead build virtually in an electronic dimension that is added onto ordinary cultural spaces like an orthogonal matrix or cyberspace in which everything is built out of light. For how much longer can the West keep looting the material resources of the rest of the world? Conceivably, anything is possible within virtual space which truly is as infinite as the human imagination. Is it escape into Fantasy Land or is it the next step in the evolution of human consciousness?
It is also pretty safe to conceive that human beings have already escaped into a fantasy by accepting our normal, awake state of consciousness as being reality. Human experience does suggest that we are capable of accessing a great deal more with our brains—perhaps the human brain has already evolved to a point where it can cross all dimensional barriers of time and space. If this is the result of natural evolution, culture could not function or even exist if such extraordinary ability remained intact and any knowledge of it would have to be suppressed by the forces who would wish to keep control;—culture depends on ego for its survival because only ego could believe that culture is reality. What is natural, true or real must always remain on the other side of a boundary wall. Ego and culture cannot coexist at all with what is natural because what is natural for human beings is a state of existence that cannot be bound. Nothing about consciousness is small and becomes completely misunderstood if it is made to be anything other than what it is. The solution that leads inexorably to human salvation and redemption appears yet far too great for any person who is content being locked up in a prison constructed for their mind.
The whole cosmic drama is the mystery of what it is for the word to be made flesh. Language is seeking to birth itself into the domain of concrete existence; that is obviously what is meant by the “word made flesh.” And if the word can be made flesh this implies reciprocity, this implies that the flesh can be made word.
This brings us back to the curiously literary nature of reality—that it is much more like a novel than it is like an equation. But why is that? Is that because in fact the flesh is word? And understanding this is the real task of uncovering our spirituality. Somehow it is a riddle, a conundrum, that if understood correctly would cause the disappearance of the universe as subject/object relationships dissolve back into the nothingness from which they sprang. It is something about the recognition of the primacy of the word that makes history the process of the decent of the word into concrete expression and that our relation to this retroflexive process is an accent into the word and going toward the approaching mystery and finally meeting in a higher spacial manifold, a kind of fractal soliton or unitive event that can only happen once in the lifetime of the universe.
We are not the only intelligent-minded species occupying this planet (and this is not just a reference to Dolphins, either). There is something out there spread through the grasses, forests, rivers and oceans;—at some point in time a kind of mind came into existence and it is really out there sharing the local mindspace. It is the Goddess of this Earth, a biological mind and we humans sprang as expressions of this larger consciousness. Mother Nature is with whom you are to be present in and it is She who is your awareness of being. Man is the result of seeing through the limitations of his own consciousness but it is a mind which thinks itself as having limits which will never reach a state of consciousness of pure receptivity in which you will find all things appear to be divinely possible. The world in its every detail is man’s consciousness crystallized and we all crystallize consciousness into the image and likeness of that which we are conscious of being—be that flesh or be that formless liquid light. Life is a thinking, feeling entelechy. And human beings are like a droplet that has somehow escaped from the river of cognition.
Kurt Gödel (1906-1978)
Kurt Gödel’s breakthrough was that he proved mathematically and logically that all knowledge is provisional and can never find closure. His Incommensurability (or Incompleteness) Theory shows that interpretations (based off of observation) is implicitly influenced by theoretical assumptions; therefore, any formal system will produce true statements but which are not provable within the confines of the formal system itself. The problem of incommensurability results in scientists talking past each other, as it were, while comparison of theories is muddled by confusions about terms, contexts and consequences. Closure, even for arithmetic, is impossible. This means that 1+1=2 has a very strong tendency of being true but is not a law because certain assumptions are built into the syntactical framework. Unexamined cultural values and limitations of language have made us unwitting prisoners of our own assumptions because no program of formal analysis will ever completely exhaust its subject. And a system for understanding “the formality of the actually occurring”—that is, understanding why things actually happen—is beyond the kind of linear processing inherent to all systems of syntax whether mathematical or linguistic.
Does a process which could lead us to understand why things happen occur in nature? Something that allows us to go beyond linguistic and syntactical limitations? Something to allow us to break through the language shell and transcend the boundaries of the ego? Indeed, certain things have undergone the formality of actually occurring, in nature, within the biological matrix. But we do not want to launch something on the human brain that it cannot recognize at all. Whatever it is has to have an affinity to ordinary brain chemistry; something with bio-synthetic pathways to degrade and receptors for; not just more pollution to dull the senses having no efficacy for spiritual gain at low physiological impact.
Having managed to reach the 21st century, our goal should be to establish as quickly as possible a partnership paradise with plants as was the case 20,000 years ago when continents such as Africa were covered in forests and extremely floristically rich environments. History, as it turns out, is not unlike a mass psychedelic experience with the drug of culture being technology. And as technology becomes perfected as being more and more like a mirror for the human mind, the cultural experience becomes more and more hallucinatory. Who or what does the programming? Do we as intelligent beings play any role in what form the code takes and the end result of running such code through our minds? If humanness no longer feels good should we not check for a cognitive virus which may be corrupting the whole system? Reality is an unspeakable, seamless something dying within us to be felt and witnessed but culture denies experience. Culture is not reality.
The fix that will make humanness feel good again, interestingly, turns out not be a drug but a shifting of the ratios of neural transmitters already present in the human organism. It is as though we are just out-of-tune and there is an enzyme problem that has caused us to fail to suppress the ego and this causes a spectrum of cultural effects driving us all mad. The only solution to the problem of human mental erosion is psycholytic therapy. Mind is some kind of generalized phenomenon that all life—including the plants—attempt to take part. Life is a network of information. There is such a mind which we evolve towards an awareness of—a Gaian Mind, a hyper intelligent being, possibly the planet itself. The idea of “your” mind and “my” mind is a debasement of language.
Information in its most crudest form is spoken language because thought leaves the immediate, felt mental realm and enters into a purely physical domain-space where it becomes capable of writing, encoding or programming itself as a means to debase truth. Right now we have a society that is completely dehumanizing; we are not people in the eyes of our society, we are workers and customers to the over-structure, we are defined economically, which in itself, is pretty horrifying. We are told ‘no’, we’re unimportant, we’re peripheral. ‘Get a degree, get a job, get this, get that.’ And then you’re a player, but you don’t want to play in the game. You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that is being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.
It is absolutely imperative that we realize that further restrictions upon our access to meaningful information—actual knowledge—is inevitable. The idea is to make us all think alike and want the same things. We have been perverted by technologies and our essential humanness has been severely undermined. We tend to disempower ourselves. We tend to believe that we don’t matter. And in the act of taking that idea to ourselves we give everything away to somebody else, to something else. Control of content, uniformity of content, repeatability of content make it inevitably a tool of coercion, brainwashing, and manipulation. The apocalypse is not something which is coming. The apocalypse has arrived in major portions of the planet and it is only because we live within a bubble of incredible privilege and social insulation that we still have the luxury of anticipating the apocalypse. We have the money, the power, the medical understanding, the scientific know-how, the love and the community to produce a kind of human paradise. But we are led by the least among us—the least intelligent, the least noble, the least visionary. We are led by the least among us and we do not fight back against the dehumanizing values that are handed down as control icons. You’re giving it all away to icons, icons which are maintained by an electronic media so that you want to dress like X or have lips like Y. This is shit-brained thinking.
That is why the words cult and culture have a direct relationship to each other. Culture is an extremely repressive cult that leads to all kinds of humiliation and degradation, and automatic, unquestioned and unthinking behavior; the values of culture are fatal. If information is not used by intelligence to serve and advance novelty, true diversity, the production of love and community and true caring then who needs it? What must always remain concomitant to being human is moralintelligence. This is about raising our own consciousness about these issues and creating communities based on the sum total of our personal acts of reformation. And not accepting a diminution of humanness by instead limiting ourselves to a cultural reality. The perturbation of consciousness is all that remains, now. Language has turned reality into a virtual experience making mind a prison of limitation, a boundary-defining engine. Mind and culture working as one. A snake that consumes itself in order to sustain its own existence.
Can you imagine freedom? Can you imagine not being under the influence of culture? How can anyone have the freedom of choice if they are being influenced? This is like asking if you are able to transcend ego entirely. Transcending ego is like lopping off your own head. Culture will never allow us to be human because that would mean the end of culture and the end of history. Nature would be exposed for what it is—for being what we truly are. The concept of time belongs to culture. From womb to tomb it is something wholly unnatural that assumes the form of being human. That is ego. That is what culture would have us believe is human.
There is a meme, an idea, contained within the above text. It wants a connection to be made between what we think of the physical world and language and to thought and culture. The body, like time, space and the universe is a requirement of culture and exists for the ego’s purposes. Physical death is the end of ego, the end of the body. The answers we seek must all come from outside of culture because answers must be true if they are to hold any meaning. No information inside of culture is true because of its self-limiting nature. Closed systems are always wrong. People only die within cultures. In cultures life is a closed system. That is not true. Everything that has life is connected. A single system of information. One mind. One purpose. Information is not bound to or limited by temporal constructs that are linear. Evolution is about transmission of information and is moving towards something unimaginable. Unimaginable only because words fail us and the meaning of words come from culture. They corrupt our thinking making the human imagination a thing to be wasted.
How could such a thing come to pass unless it was by design? Paradise. Heaven. Humans once knew where these realms were to be found. It was not a mystery. The divide between Heaven and hell is very much a mental divide. It is very much based on a perception. You are what you think and you are where you think. It is astonishing to see how far we have fallen.
What is it to be a human being? How much worth is there in it? Humanity is in its greatest danger of extinction because we are allowing ourselves to be lulled into a foolish and undeep vision of the future where our humanness becomes a thing no one remembers or even cares to remember. God’s kingdom does not come with observation seen with the outward physical eyes. God’s kingdom dwells in your heart.
The soul is redeemed when it is found. Look within. Hurl yourself into the abyss and find a feather bed. It is Love’s purpose to always seek for itself. You are the love with which you love yourself; when you know yourself you too shall be known.
Because of guilt, all special relationships have elements of fear in them. This is why they shift and change so frequently. They are not based on changeless love alone. And love, where fear has entered, cannot be depended on because it is not perfect. In His function as Interpreter of what you made, the Holy Spirit uses special relationships, which you have chosen to support the ego, as learning experiences that point to truth. Under His teaching, every relationship becomes a lesson of love.

Judgment becomes impossible without the past, for without it you do not understand anything. You would make no attempt to judge, because it would be quite apparent to you that you do not understand anything.
The things we make become symbols of our fear and like our thoughts we use them to attack ourselves. Your thoughts, in an attempt to understand what is not real, judges everything and everyone. Yet you must always judge against yourself first, or you would never have imagined needing your brothers as they were not. Unless you had seen yourself as without love, you could not have judged them so like you in lack.
You are afraid of not understanding because you believe that without the ego, all would be chaos. Yet I assure you that without the ego, all would be love.
The ego would have you think as it does and would have you answer all of your own questions but what you think you do understand are answers derived from the ego’s thought-system. This sort of learning has but one purpose: to keep you from knowing yourself and thus separated from everything real. Only through knowing yourself will you find truth and only this leads to love because only this leads to the destruction of fear, forever. Where fear exists, love cannot;—you are love and it is that knowledge and understanding that is God. This is His Peace and is Heaven.
The holy instant is the Holy Spirit’s most useful learning device for teaching you love’s meaning. For its purpose is to suspend judgment entirely. The past is the ego’s chief learning device, for it is in the past that you learned to define your own needs and acquired methods for meeting them on your own terms.
To limit love to part of the Sonship is to bring guilt into your relationships, and thus make them unreal. If you seek to separate out certain aspects of the totality and look to them to meet your imagined needs, you are attempting to useSEPARATION to save you.
Separation is the source of guilt, and to appeal to it for salvation is to believe you are alone. To be alone is to be guilty. For to experience YOURSELF as alone is to deny the Oneness of the Father and His Son, and thus to attack reality.
YOU CANNOT LOVE PARTS OF REALITY AND UNDERSTAND WHAT LOVE MEANS.
If you would love unlike to God, Who knows no special love, how can you understand it? To believe that special relationships, with special love, can offer you salvation is the belief that separation is salvation. It is the complete equality of the Atonement in which lies salvation. The past has taught you that special aspects of the Sonship can give you more than others yet the holy instant teaches you it is not so.
However unholy the reason you made special relationships may be, the Holy Spirit can translate them into holiness by removing as much fear as you will let Him. You can place any relationship under His care and be sure that it will not result in pain, if you offer Him your willingness to have it serve no need but His. All the guilt in it arises from your use of it. But all the love from His. Do not, then, be afraid to let go of your imagined needs, which would destroy the relationship. Your only need is His.
The ego’s use of relationships is so fragmented that it frequently goes even further; one part of one aspect suits its purposes, while it prefers different parts of another aspect. Thus does it assemble reality to its own capricious liking, offering for your seeking a picture whose likeness does not exist. For there is nothing in Heaven or earth that it resembles, and so, however much you seek for its reality, you cannot find it because it is not real.
Everyone on earth has formed special relationships, and although this is not so in Heaven, the Holy Spirit knows how to bring a touch of Heaven to them here. In the holy instant no one is special, for your personal needs intrude on no one to make your brothers seem different. Without the values from the past, you would see any separation between yourself and them. In the holy instant, you see in each relationship what it will be when you perceive only the present.
God knows you now. He remembers nothing, having always known you exactly as He knows you now. The holy instant reflects His knowing by bringing all perception out of the past, thus removing the frame of reference you have built by which to judge your brothers. Once this is gone, the Holy Spirit substitutes His frame of reference for it. His frame of reference is simply God. The Holy Spirit’s timelessness lies only here. For in the holy instant, free of the past, you see that love is in you, and you have no need to look without and snatch love guiltily from where you thought it was.
The meaning of love is the meaning God gave to it. Give to it any meaning apart from His, and it is impossible to understand it. God loves every brother as He loves you; neither less nor more. In the holy instant you unite directly with God, and all your brothers join in Christ. Those who are joined in Christ are in no way separate. For Christ is the Self the Sonship shares, as God shares His Self with Christ.
Think you that you can judge the Self of God? God has created It beyond judgment, out of His need to extend His Love. With love in you, you have no need except to extend it. In the holy instant there is no conflict of needs, for there is only one. For the holy instant reaches into eternity and to the Mind of God. And it is only there love has meaning, and only there can it be understood.
The Holy Instant and the Laws of God
It is impossible to use one relationship at the expense of another and not to suffer guilt. And it is equally impossible to condemn part of a relationship and find peace within it.
Under the Holy Spirit’s teaching all relationships are seen as total commitments, yet they do not conflict with one another in any way. Each relationship’s ability to satisfy you completely arises only from perfect faith in yourself. And this you cannot have while guilt remains.
And there will be guilt as long as you accept the possibility, and cherish it, that you can make a brother into what he is not, because you would have him so.
You have so little faith in yourself because you are unwilling to accept the fact that perfect love is in you. In the holy instant we share our faith in God’s Son because we recognize, together, that he is wholly worthy of it, and in our appreciation of his worth we cannot doubt his holiness. And so we love him.
All separation vanishes as holiness is shared. For holiness is power, and by sharing it, it gains in strength. If you seek for satisfaction in gratifying your needs as you perceive them, you must believe that strength comes from another. Someone must always lose if you perceive yourself as weak.
Yet you do not find it difficult to believe that when another calls on God for love, your call remains as strong. Nor do you think that when God answers him, your hope of answer is diminished. On the contrary, you are more inclined to regard his success as witness to the possibility of yours. That is because you recognize, however dimly, that God is an idea, and so your faith in Him is strengthened by sharing. What you find difficult to accept is the fact that, like your Father, you are an idea. And like Him, you can give yourself completely, wholly without loss and only with gain. Herein lies peace, for here there is no conflict.
In the world of scarcity, love has no meaning and peace is impossible. For gain and loss are both accepted, and so no one is aware that perfect love is in him. In the holy instant you recognize the idea of love in you, and unite this idea with the Mind that thought it, and could not relinquish it. By holding it within itself, there is no loss. The holy instant thus becomes a lesson in how to hold all of your brothers in your mind, experiencing not loss but completion. From this it follows you can only give. And this is love, for this alone is natural under the laws of God. In the holy instant the laws of God prevail, and only they have meaning. The laws of this world cease to hold any meaning at all. When the Son of God accepts the laws of God as what he gladly wills, it is impossible that he be bound, or limited in any way. In that instant he is as free as God would have him be. For the instant he refuses to be bound, he is not bound.
In the holy instant nothing happens that has not always been. Only the veil that has been drawn across reality is lifted. Nothing has changed. Yet the awareness of changelessness comes swiftly as the veil of time is pushed aside. No one who has not yet experienced the lifting of the veil, and felt himself drawn irresistibly into the light behind it, can have faith in love without fear. In the holy instant you will recognize the only need the Sons of God share equally, and by this recognition you will be joined in Christ in offering what is needed to your brothers.
It is through us that peace will come. Join with Christ in the idea of peace, for in ideas minds can communicate.
If you would give yourself as your Father gives His Self, you will learn to understand Selfhood. And therein is love’s meaning understood.
But remember that understanding is of the mind, and only of the mind. Knowledge is therefore of the mind, and its conditions are in the mind with it. If you were not an idea, and nothing but an idea, you could not be in full communication with all that ever was. Yet as long as you prefer to be something else, or would attempt to be nothing else and something else together, you will not remember the language of communication, which you know perfectly.
In the holy instant God is remembered, and the language of communication with all your brothers is remembered with Him. For communication is remembered together, as is truth. There is no exclusion in the holy instant because the past is gone, and with it goes the whole basis for exclusion. Without its source exclusion vanishes. And this permits your Source, and that of all your brothers, to replace it in your awareness. God and the power of God will take Their rightful place in you, and you will experience the full communication of ideas with ideas. Through your ability to do this you will learn what you must be, for you will begin to understand what your Creator is, and what His creation is along with Him.
The Needless Sacrifice
Beyond the poor attraction of the special love relationship, and always obscured by it, is the powerful attraction of the Father for His Son. There is no other love that can satisfy you, because there is no other love. This is the only love that is fully given and fully returned. Being complete, it asks nothing. Being wholly pure, everyone joined in it has everything. This is not the basis for any relationship in which the ego enters. For every relationship on which the ego embarks is special.
THE EGO ESTABLISHES RELATIONSHIPS ONLY TO GET SOMETHING. And it would keep the giver bound to itself through guilt. It is impossible for the ego to enter into any relationship without anger, for the ego believes that anger makes friends. This is not its statement, but it is its purpose. For the ego really believes that it can get and keep by making guilty. This is its one attraction; an attraction so weak that it would have no hold at all, except that no one recognizes it. For the ego always seems to attract through love, and has no attraction at all to anyone who perceives that it attracts through guilt.
The sick attraction of guilt must be recognized for what it is. For having been made real to you, it is essential to look at it clearly, and by withdrawing your investment in it, to learn to let it go. No one would choose to let go what he believes has value. Yet the attraction of guilt has value to you only because you have not looked at what it is, and have judged it completely in the dark. As we bring it to light, your only question will be why it was you ever wanted it. You have nothing to lose by looking open-eyed, for ugliness such as this belongs not in your holy mind. This host of God can have no real investment here.
Ego attempts to maintain and increase guilt, but in such a way that you do not recognize what it would do to you. For it is the ego’s fundamental doctrine that what you do to others you have escaped. The ego wishes no one well. Yet its survival depends on your belief that you are exempt from its evil intentions. It counsels, therefore, that if you are host to it, it will enable you to direct its anger outward, thus protecting you. And thus it embarks on an endless, unrewarding chain of special relationships, forged out of anger and dedicated to but one insane belief; that the more anger you invest outside yourself, the safer you become.
It is this chain that binds the Son of God to guilt, and it is this chain the Holy Spirit would remove from his holy mind. For the chain of savagery belongs not around the chosen host of God, who cannot make himself host to the ego. In the name of his release, and in the Name of Him Who would release him, let us look more closely at the relationships the ego contrives, and let the Holy Spirit judge them truly. For it is certain that if you will look at them, you will offer them gladly to Him. What He can make of them you do not know, but you will become willing to find out, if you are willing first to perceive what you have made of them.
In one way or another, every relationship the ego makes is based on the idea that by sacrificing itself, it becomes bigger. The “sacrifice,” which it regards as purification, is actually the root of its bitter resentment. For it would prefer to attack directly, and avoid delaying what it really wants. Yet the ego acknowledges “reality” as it sees it, and recognizes that no one could interpret direct attack as love. Yet to make guilty is direct attack, although it does not seem to be. For the guilty expect attack, and having asked for it they are attracted to it.
“He merely believes he is in love with sacrifice…”
In such insane relationships, the attraction of what you do not want seems to be much stronger than the attraction of what you do want. For each one thinks that he has sacrificed something to the other, and hates him for it. Yet this is what he thinks he wants. He is not in love with the other at all. He merely believes he is in love with sacrifice. And for this sacrifice, which he demands of himself, he demands that the other accept the guilt and sacrifice himself as well. Forgiveness becomes impossible, for the ego believes that to forgive another is to lose him. It is only by attack without forgiveness that the ego can ensure the guilt that holds all its relationships together.
“To the ego the mind is private, and only the body can be shared…”
Yet they only seem together. For relationships, to the ego, mean only that bodies are together. It is always this that the ego demands, and it does not object where the mind goes or what it thinks, for this seems unimportant. As long as the body is there to receive its sacrifice, it is content. To the ego the mind is private, and only the body can be shared. Ideas are basically of no concern, except as they bring the body of another closer or farther. And it is in these terms that it evaluates ideas as good or bad. What makes another guilty and holds him through guilt is “good.” What releases him from guilt is “bad,” because he would no longer believe that bodies communicate, and so he would be “gone.”
Suffering and sacrifice are the gifts with which the ego would “bless” all unions. And those who are united at its altar accept suffering and sacrifice as the price of union. In their angry alliances, born of the fear of loneliness and yet dedicated to the continuance of loneliness, each seeks relief from guilt by increasing it in the other. For each believes that this decreases guilt in him. The other seems always to be attacking and wounding him, perhaps in little ways, perhaps “unconsciously,” yet never without demand of sacrifice. The fury of those joined at the ego’s altar far exceeds your awareness of it. For what the ego really wants you do not realize.
“…to be with a body is not communication.”
Whenever you are angry, you can be sure that you have formed a special relationship which the ego has “blessed,” for anger is its blessing. Anger takes many forms, but it cannot long deceive those who will learn that love brings no guilt at all, and what brings guilt cannot be love and must be anger. All anger is nothing more than an attempt to make someone feel guilty, and this attempt is the only basis the ego accepts for special relationships. Guilt is the ony need the ego has, and as long as you identify with it, guilt will remain attractive to you. Yet remember this; to be with a body is not communication. And if you think it is, you will feel guilty about communication and will be afraid to hear the Holy Spirit, recognizing in His Voice your own need to communicate.
“The union of bodies thus becomes the way in which they would keep minds apart.”
The Holy Spirit cannot teach through fear. And how can He communicate with you, while you believe that to communicate is to make yourself alone? It is clearly insane to believe that by communicating you will be abandoned. And yet many do believe it. For they think their minds must be kept private or they will lose them, but if their bodies are together their minds remain their own. The union of bodies thus becomes the way in which they would keep minds apart. For bodies cannot forgive. They can only do as the mind directs.
The illusion of the autonomy of the body and its ability to overcome loneliness is but the working of the ego’s plan to establish its own autonomy. As long as you believe that to be with a body is companionship, you will be compelled to attempt to keep your brother in his body, held there by guilt. And you will see safety in guilt and danger in communication. For the ego will always teach that loneliness is solved by guilt, and that communication is the cause of loneliness. And despite the evident insanity of this lesson, many have learned it.
Forgiveness lies in communication as surely as damnation lies in guilt. It is the Holy Spirit’s teaching function to instruct those who believe communication to be damnation that communication is salvation. And He will do so, for the power of God in Him and you is joined in a real relationship so holy and so strong, that it can overcome even this without fear.
It is through the holy instant that what seems impossible is accomplished, making it evident that it is not impossible. In the holy instant guilt holds no attraction, since communication has been restored. And guilt, whose only purpose is to disrupt communication, has no function here. Here there is no concealment, and no private thoughts. The willingness to communicate attracts communication to it, and overcomes loneliness completely. There is complete forgiveness here, for there is no desire to exclude anyone from your completion, in sudden recognition of the value of his part in it. In the protection of your wholeness, all are invited and made welcome. And you understand that your completion is God’s, Whose only need is to have you be complete. For your completion makes you His in your awareness. And here it is that you experience yourself as you were created, and as you are.
THE ONLY REAL RELATIONSHIP
The Holy Spirit must use everything in this world for your release. He must side with every sign or token of your willingness to learn of Him what the truth must be. He is swift to utilize whatever you offer Him on behalf of this. In the face of your fear of forgiveness, which He perceives as clearly as He knows forgiveness is release, He will teach you to remember that forgiveness is not loss, but your salvation. And that in complete forgiveness, in which you recognize that there is nothing to forgive, you are absolved completely.
Hear Him gladly, and learn of Him that you have need of no special relationships at all. You but seek in them what you have thrown away. And through them you will never learn the value of what you have cast aside, but still desire with all your heart. Behold the only need that God and His Son share, and will to meet together. You are not alone in this. The will of your creations calls to you, to share your will with them. Turn, then, in peace from guilt to God and them.
Refuse not the awareness of your completion, and seek not to restore it to yourself. Give redemption over to your Redeemer’s Love, instead; and fear not. He will not fail you, for He comes from One who cannot fail. The holy host of God is beyond failure, and nothing that he wills can be denied. You are forever in a relationship so holy that it calls to everyone to escape from loneliness, and join you in your love. And where you are must everyone seek, and find you there.
“Nothing that ever was created but is yours.”
Think but an instant on this: God gave the Sonship to you, to ensure your perfect creation. This was His gift, for as He withheld Himself not from you, He withheld not His creation. Nothing that ever was created but is yours. Your relationships are with the universe. And this universe, being of God, is far beyond the petty sum of all the separate bodies you perceive. For all its parts are joined in God through Christ, where they become like to their Father. Christ knows of no separation from His Father, Who is His one relationship, in which He gives as His Father gives to Him.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD’S ATTEMPT TO FREE YOU OF WHAT HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. AND BECAUSE OF THE SOURCE OF THE ATTEMPT, IT WILL SUCCEED. THE HOLY SPIRIT ASKS YOU TO RESPOND AS GOD DOES, FOR HE WOULD TEACH YOU WHAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND. GOD WOULD RESPOND TO EVERY NEED, WHATEVER FORM IT TAKES. AND SO HE KEEPS THIS CHANNEL OPEN TO RECEIVE HIS COMMUNICATION TO YOU, AND YOURS TO HIM. GOD DOES NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM IN COMMUNICATION, FOR HE DOES NOT SHARE IT WITH YOU. IT IS ONLY YOU WHO BELIEVE THAT IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE. THE HOLY SPIRIT KNOWS THAT IT IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE, AND YET HE UNDERSTANDS IT BECAUSE YOU MADE IT.
In the Holy Spirit alone lies the awareness of what God cannot know, and what you do not understand.
It is His holy function to accept them both, and by removing every element of disagreement, to join them into one. He will do this because it is His function. Leave, then, what seems to you to be impossible, to Him Who knows it must be possible because it is the Will of God. And let Him Whose teaching is only of God teach you the only meaning of relationships. For God created the only relationship that has meaning, and that is His relationship with you.
This is another chance to choose again— it is the mind of man that is the Mouth of God.
God and ego are mutually exclusive as are Heaven and hell.

What you do not realize, each time you choose, is that your choice is your evaluation of yourself.
Choose littleness and you will not have peace, for you will have judged yourself unworthy of it. And whatever you offer as a substitute is much too poor a gift to satisfy you.
You are of course free to try as many forms of littleness as you wish, but all you will be doing is to delay your homecoming. For you will be content only in magnitude, which is your home.
THERE IS A DEEP RESPONSIBILITY YOU OWE YOURSELF, and one you must learn to remember all the time. The lesson may seem hard at first, but you will learn to love it when you realize that it is true and is but a tribute to your power.
You who have sought and found littleness, remember this:
Every decision you make stems from what you think you are, and represents the value that you put upon yourself. Believe the little can content you, and by limiting yourself you will not be satisfied. For your function is not little, and it is only by finding your function and fulfilling it that you can escape from littleness.
Ask yourself, “Would you be hostage to the ego or host to God?” Let this question be asked you by the Holy Spirit every time you make a decision. For every decision you make does answer this, and invites sorrow or joy accordingly. When God gave Himself to you in your creation, He established you as host to Him forever.
The Holy Spirit can hold your magnitude, clean of all littleness, clearly and in perfect safety in your mind, untouched by every little gift the world of littleness would offer you. But for this, you cannot side against Him in what He wills for you. Decide FOR GOD through Him.
It is littleness that deceives you, but your magnitude is of Him Who dwells in you, and in Whom you dwell. Touch no one, then, with littleness in the Name of Christ, eternal Host unto His Father.
It is our task together to restore the awareness of magnitude to the host whom God appointed for Himself. IT IS BEYOND ALL YOUR LITTLENESS TO GIVE THE GIFT OF GOD, BUT NOT BEYOND YOU. He reaches from you to everyone and beyond everyone to His Son’s creations, but without leaving you.
Far beyond your little world, but still in you, He extends forever.
Is it a sacrifice to leave littleness behind, and wander not in vain? It is not sacrifice to wake to glory. But it is sacrifice to accept anything less than glory. Learn that you must be worthy of the Prince of Peace, born in you in honor of Him Whose host you are.
You know not what love means because you have sought to purchase it with little gifts, thus valuing it too little to understand its magnitude. Love is not little and love dwells in you, for you are host to Him.
Remember that you learn not for yourself alone, no more than I did. It is because I learned for you that you can learn of me. I would but teach you what is yours, so that together we can replace the shabby littleness that binds the host of God to guilt and weakness with the glad awareness of the glory that is in him. My birth in you is your awakening to grandeur. Welcome me not into a manger, but into the alter to holiness, where holiness abides in perfect peace. My Kingdom is not of this world because it is in you. And you are of your Father. Let us join in honoring you, who must remain forever beyond littleness.
Decide with me, who has decided to abide with you. I will as my Father wills, knowing His Will is constant and at peace forever with itself. You will be content with nothing but His Will. Accept no less, remembering that everything I learned is yours. What my Father loves I love as He does, and I can no more accept it as what it is not, than He can. And no more can you. When you have learned to accept what you are, you will make no more gifts to offer to yourself, for you will know you are complete, in need of nothing, and unable to accept anything for yourself. But you will gladly give, having received. The host of God need not seek to find anything.
If you are wholly willing to leave salvation to the plan of God and unwilling to attempt to grasp for peace yourself, salvation will be given you. Yet think not you can substitute your plan for His. Rather, join with me in His, that we may release all those who would be bound, proclaiming together that the Son of god is host to Him.
Thus will we let no one forget what you would remember. And thus will you remember it.
Call forth in everyone only the remembrance of God, and of the Heaven that is in him. FOR WHERE YOU WOULD HAVE YOUR BROTHER BE, THERE WILL YOU THINK YOU ARE. Hear not his appeal to hell and littleness, but only his call for Heaven and greatness. Forget not that his call is yours, and answer him with me. God’s power is forever on the side of His host, for it protects only the peace in which He dwells. Lay not littleness before His holy alter, which rises above the stars and reaches even to Heaven, because of what is given it.
WELCOME YOURSELF TO THE HOLY INSTANT.
This learning is not beyond what can be immediately grasped, unless you believe that what God wills takes time. And this means only that you would rather delay the recognition that His Will is so. The holy instant is this instant and every instant. The one you would not have it be is lost to you. You must decide when it is. Delay it not. For beyond the past and future, where you will not find it, it stands in shimmering readiness for your acceptance. Yet you cannot bring it into glad awareness while you do not want it, for it holds the whole release from littleness.
Your practice must therefore rest upon your willingness to let all littleness go. The instant in which magnitude dawns upon you is but as far away as your desire for it. As long as you desire it not and cherish littleness instead, by so much is it far from you. By so much as you want it will you bring it nearer. Think not that you can find salvation in your own way and have it. Give over every plan you have made for your salvation in exchange for God’s. His will content you, and nothing else can bring you peace. For peace is of God, and no one beside Him.
Value no plan of the ego before the plan of God. Ever allegiance to a plan of salvation apart from Him diminishes the value of His Will for you in your own mind. And yet it is your mind that is the host to Him.
WOULD YOU LEARN HOW PERFECT AND IMMACULATE IS THE HOLY ALTER ON WHICH YOUR FATHER HAS PLACED HIMSELF?
IT IS YOUR MIND THAT IS THIS HOLY PLACE. LOOK NOT ANY PLACE ELSE.
THIS YOU WILL RECOGNIZE IN THE HOLY INSTANT, IN WHICH YOU WILLINGLY AND GLADLY GIVE OVER EVERY PLAN BUT HIS.
Make your mind home to His peace, and it will become perfectly clear when you are wholly willing to meet its conditions. You can claim the holy instant any time and anywhere you want it. In your practice, try to give every plan you have accepted for finding magnitude in littleness. It is not there. Use the holy instant only to recognize that you alone cannot know where it is, and can only deceive yourself.
I stand within the holy instant, as clear as you would have me. And the extent to which you learn to accept me is the measure of the time in which the holy instant will be yours. I call to you to make the holy instant yours at once, for the release from littleness in the mind of the host of God depends on willingness, and not on time.
The reason this learning is simple is that truth is simple. Complexity is of the ego, and is nothing more than the ego’s attempt to obscure the obvious. You could live forever in the holy instant, beginning now and reaching to eternity, but for a very simple reason. Do not obscure the simplicity of this reason, for if you do, it will be only because you prefer not to recognize it and not to let it go. The simple reason, simply stated, is this:
The holy instant is a time in which you receive and give perfect communication.
This means, however, that it is a time in which your mind is open, both to receive and give. It is the recognition that all minds are in communication. It therefore seeks to change nothing, but merely to accept everything.
How can you do this when you would prefer to have private thoughts and keep them? The only way you could do that would be to deny the perfect communication that makes the holy instant what it is. You believe you can harbor thoughts you would not share, and that salvation lies in keeping thoughts to yourself alone. For in private thoughts, known only to yourself, you think you find a way to keep what you would have alone, and share what you would share. And then you wonder why it is that you are not in full communication with those around you, and with God Who surrounds all of you together.
Every thought you would keep hidden shuts communication off, because you would have it so. It is impossible to recognize perfect communication while breaking communication holds value to you. Ask yourself honestly, “Would I want to have perfect communication, and am I wholly willing to let everything that interferes with it go forever?” If the answer is no, then the Holy Spirit’s readiness to give it to you is not enough to make it yours, for you are not ready to share it with Him. And it cannot come into a mind that has decided to oppose it. For the holy instant is given and received with equal willingness, being the acceptance of the single Will that governs all thought.
The necessary condition for the holy instant does not require that you have no thoughts that are not pure. But it does require that you have none that you would keep. Innocence is not of your making. It is given you the instant you would have it. Atonement would not be if there were no need for it. You will not be able to accept perfect communication as long as you would hide it from yourself. For what you would hide is hidden from you. In your practice, then, try only to be vigilant against deception, and seek not to protect the thoughts you would keep to yourself. Let the Holy Spirit’s purity shine them away, and bring all your awareness to the readiness for purity He offers you. Thus will He make you ready to acknowledge that you are host to God, and hostage to no one and to nothing.
In deeper awareness of His truth, miracles will begin to follow us home.
